The submission of scenario applications for the «AUTHOR» program of the Cinema Foundation has begun.

The 13th selection for 2026 has been opened for authors over the age of 18 who are not yet active participants in the program.

What can I submit:

Full-length feature films
Full-length animation
Serial projects
What does participation mean?:

A year to develop the script under the guidance of experienced editors;
Monthly financial support;
Professional support at all stages.
Applications are submitted until 18:00 (Moscow time) on January 15, 2026.
