The Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives has announced a new grant competition.

Starting April 15, the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives will begin accepting applications for its new main grant competition. This is an opportunity for those who have an idea but lack the funds to implement it.

Who can apply?

• Non-governmental organizations
• Municipal institutions (except state-owned)
• Individual entrepreneurs
• Commercial organizations

The main thing is that the project is about culture!

The fund supports a wide range of areas:

• Academic art
• Intersectoral and network projects
• Startups and educational initiatives in the creative industries
• Festivals, awards, and forums
• Contemporary popular culture

The fund will celebrate its fifth anniversary on 17 May 2026. During this time, according to the PFCI, sustainable support mechanisms for projects in culture, art, and the creative industries have been established in all regions of Russia.

The numbers speak for themselves. The Foundation for Cultural Heritage has already held 15 competitions. More than 230,000 project teams from 89 regions have registered in the system. Over 11,000 projects have received funding totaling 45.45 billion rubles. The results of the sixteenth competition will be announced in April.
