Screen Novelty — the drama "Look at me!"
The new film directed by Vladimir Grammatikov – “Look at me !” starts at the Russian film distribution from September 5.
The film takes the viewer back to 1948. The main character Nina Levitskaya, a former opera singer and mother of four children, is forced to leave Sverdlovsk and go to Moscow after her husband ‘s sudden disappearance. During the long journey in a freight-car with a piano and a cow, Nina meets different people, some of whom are trying to help, while others pose a threat.
The script, based on real events, was written by Andrei Konchalovsky. The main roles were played by Alexandra Ursulyak, Evgenia Simonova, Evgeny Steblov and Semyon Shkalikov.
Vladimir Grammatikov is also the president of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth “Hero”, organized by “Yenisei Cinema”.
In the Krasnoyarsk Krai, the film “Look at Me!” will be released at the “Luch” cinema ( Krasnoyarsk ), the “Cinema House” (Krasnoyarsk) and the “Alliance” cinema ( Minusinsk ) .
