The film "Choice" was screened in Moscow

The last showing of the film took held on March 14 in Moscow, at the All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov, as part of the event «Days of Documentary Cinema of the Krasnoyarsk region,» which commemorated the KGAUK «Yenisei Kino” 90th anniversary.

The Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, the Russian Geographical Society, and the All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov collaborated on the project, which was supported by the Ministry of Culture of Krasnoyarsk region.

This is a collaborative film production between Krasnoyarsk filmmaker Alexander Kalashnikov and the famed Russian writer, poet, biologist, and hunter Mikhail Tarkovsky, who wrote the story and co-directed the film.
The film was presented by director Alexander Kalashnikov and cinematographer Mikhail Burov.

Following the screening, there was a creative discussion where visitors could ask questions and learn more about the film’s production process. The audience enthusiastically applauded the author for making the film. And Alexander Nikolaevich explained many of the complexities of filming.
