Professionals from the film industry led an educational master class for teens!

On June 3, a master session for teenagers, «Presentation of Film Projects,» was held at Krasnoyarsk Stolby National Park’s Narym Scientific and Educational Center.

It was led by eighteen well-known producers from around the country, who were invited as honorary guests at the IV International Filmmakers Forum in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Six students from the Yenisei Kino Film School presented their short films to the professionals.

Despite their young age (children range from 12 to 18 years old), the authors thoroughly explored

issues that are important to them, such as happiness, love, and youth.

Film industry specialists highlighted the positive aspects of all the projects and gave feedback to the younger generation already taking their first steps in innovation. Perhaps for a future profession.

Elizaveta Kolmakova’s «Road of Life» was the master class’s finest project.

The master class culminated with a screening of Trezorka, a short feature film produced by the Lenfilm company. The film was introduced by filmmaker Ilya Severov.

The plot revolves around the siege of Leningrad. The main character is Trezorka, a dog who hunts hares during the hardest days of starvation and delivers them to their masters. This is how the heroes’ families survive.

The narrative of a faithful buddy elicited powerful emotions in children. Furthermore, engagement with the director inspired them to design new projects
