Filming of the "Joker Y" adventure film has concluded in Krasnoyarsk Krai

Filming of the «Joker Y» adventure film based on the blockbuster «One Hundred Years Ahead” has concluded in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

On February 10, the project team visited the stunningly picturesque locations of the Biryusinsky Gulf of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir, the Kubinskaya Cave, and the Lower Passage of Divnogorsk.

On February 11, filming took place against the backdrop of industrial landscapes, with residents of Krasnoyarsk taking part. The center of attraction was one of Siberia’s oldest higher education institutions, the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev.

More than 25 Krasnoyarsk residents participated in the large-scale project, serving as crew members, stand-ins for the main characters, and extras.

The spin-off’s epic plot centers on how the space pirate Joker Y turned to the good side. We’ll be following the charismatic hero’s new adventures on the big screen in 2027.
