Applications are now open for the Krasnoyarsk Film Project Pitching!

Applications for the Krasnoyarsk Film Project Pitching are currently open in the period from April 15 to May 11, inclusive. The event will be held on June 5, 2025, as part of the IV International Film Producers Forum in Krasnoyarsk region.

The Forum was founded by the Ministry of Culture of Krasnoyarsk region.

The forum is organized by the State Autonomous Institution of Culture “Yenisei Kino” and the “MovieStart” Production Center.

The competition is open to cinematographers and Russian Federation citizens over the age of 18, regardless of their degree of professional training. If the proposed projects are approved, they must be filmed in Krasnoyarsk region. Participation in the pitching is completely free!

Applications for pitching are selected via the MovieStart Film Cluster platform.

The winners will get RUB 1,000,000 in the «Feature Film» category and RUB 500,000 in the «Documentary Film» category to help them carry out their ideas.

The IV International Film Producers Forum in Krasnoyarsk region will be held in the city of Krasnoyarsk from June 2 to 5, 2025, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Culture of Krasnoyarsk region, the Association of Film and Television Producers of Russia, and the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. Every year, the film forum’s major purpose is to make the film production process as simple and comfortable as possible for film crews in Krasnoyarsk region. The event will serve as a venue for debate and experience sharing, allowing participants to form strong alliances and unify all those interested in the region’s film industry growth.

The event will be attended by producers from top Russian and global film companies that see Krasnoyarsk region as a prospective filming location. This year, for the first time, representatives from the Chinese film industry will attend the forum.
