“Yenisey Kino” makes it to the Top 60 of the “In the Frame” HR Awards!

“Yenisey Kino” submitted its project, “Assistance in Film Production. Krasnoyarsk Region”, to the Moscow Government HR Management Awards “In the Frame”. Following the expert committee’s evaluation, the project successfully secured a spot among the Top 60 finalists!

“Yenisey Kino” features a dedicated Film Production Assistance Department. This department manages cooperation with industry organizations and communities regarding filming within the Krasnoyarsk Region. It also runs the regional film commission portal. The platform hosts a comprehensive filming location database, alongside directories of actors, extras, and industry professionals. This infrastructure supports the complete film production cycle within the region. The department’s primary goal is to create favorable conditions for filmmaking and help attract major national and international projects.

The “In the Frame” Award is an annual professional competition in the field of human resource management. Talent management teams from public sector organizations across Russia are invited to participate. The awards focus on solutions that help attract, develop, and retain employees, build strong teams, and shape a modern workplace environment.

From September 11 to September 24, the jury will vote on the best solutions. The process will determine 24 laureates and 12 ultimate winners.

However, the most important aspect for us is not the numbers, but the quality of the projects. Once again, we see hundreds of bright, strong, and genuinely unique ideas. Our jury will choose the winners, and we have entrusted this evaluation to professionals with extensive practical experience.
