The Ministry of Culture has approved a list of priority issues for state film production funding in 2025!

The list covers the key subjects for preserving and bolstering traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, such as our nation’s culture and traditions, history and the fight against attempts to alter it, scientific advancements and successes in industry and technology, and the promotion of the family institution.

Films on Russian theater, the role of a mentor and teacher, the future of Russia, indigenous peoples’ traditions, the development of the Far East, the Arctic, and other regions, volunteering, and international humanitarian cooperation will also receive support.

Projects centered in the Great Patriotic War and the North-East Military District, as well as film adaptations of Russian classic literature, will receive a lot of attention.
