A federal television channel has requested that a series about the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations be filmed in the Krasnoyarsk Krai

A 20-episode feature film with the tentative title «Five minutes of silence. Forests and Rivers» is scheduled to be shot in Krasnoyarsk in May 2024. It is produced by Prior Production (Moscow) on behalf of the NTV television channel. The film will be shot in Krasnoyarsk and surrounding areas throughout the summer.

The shooting will be conducted with the guidance and information provided by Yenisei Kino.

The brave EMERCOM employees will embark on a highly-anticipated adventure in this sixth season. In the series, emergency squad members risk themselves in fire, water, underground and air. The story that will take place in Krasnoyarsk Krai revolves around rescue missions on the Yenisei river, putting out forest fires, and combating poaching.

Rodion Pavluchik, the producer of the film company ‘Prior Productions’, has a considerable amount of experience in film production and has collaborated on approximately 150 television projects. These franchise favorite shows include “Military Intelligence”,“Curious Varvara”, “Moscow Mysteries”,”Orlinskaya”, “Nomad”, “Golden Blood”, “The Old Guard”, “Woman in Trouble”, and serials like “Run!” with Pavel Priluchny and “Snow and Ash” with Denis Shvedov.  With ten projects scheduled to begin filming in 2024, the company is not slowing down. The vast majority of these projects will be filmed around Russia.

It must be noted that the Governor, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and the Association for Film and Television Producers signed a trilateral agreement in 2021 to advance film and television production in this region. The procedure and conditions for awarding subsidies to cinematography companies for financial support (reimbursement) of part of costs associated with the production of national films in the Krasnoyarsk Krai were adopted in 2023.  The same year the Krasnoyarsk Krai Film Commission was formed. Four film studios have already given funding for their projects in 2023.

In 2023, more than 20 film projects were implemented in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
