The First Meeting of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Film Commission Held on March 16

On March 16, the Krasnoyarsk Krai Film Commission, established on February 28, 2023 by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, had its first meeting. At the first meeting, the Film Commission of the Krasnoyarsk Krai discussed the organization of operations in 2023.

The members also drafted the proposal for the Krasnoyarsk Krai Government on the list of priority themes of national films for providing state financial support of the Krasnoyarsk Krai cinematography in 2023.

One of the important points of discussion concerned the film projects to be shot in the Krasnoyarsk Krai in 2023. We should expect several TV seasons and documentaries. Additionally, we should expect the feature film based on the works of Viktor Petrovich Astafyev and dedicated to his 100th birth anniversary.

Film Commission of the Krasnoyarsk Krai is a continuing collegial body that provides state support for the filmmaking on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Krai and created in order to place necessary arrangements for making films and other cine projects on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
