The Interregional Youth Festival “Young Shukshin” will be held in Barnaul

The Festival will be held from July 21 to 26 as part of the All-Russian Festival “Shukshin Days in Altai” in Barnaul’s “Emerald Park”. The Interregional Youth Festival “Young Shukshin” will bring together the best short films from the Siberian Federal District and provide a platform for creative communication, experience exchange, and professional development for filmmakers aged 14 to 35.

The competition program includes two categories: “Shot in Altai” and “Shot in Siberia”. A professional jury of leading filmmakers will select the winners.

The “Young Shukshin” Festival will feature film screenings, a film lecture hall, a film factory, and a media center.

The festival is supported by the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. Organizers and partners: ANO “DOM KINO”, the Ministry of Culture of the Altai Region, the Altai State House of Folk Art, and “Emerald Park”.
